As a dynamic and forward-thinking educator, you will lead the development and delivery of our kindergarten program for 3-5 year old children. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth and development of young minds in a supportive and inclusive environment.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of our kindergarten program for 3-5 year old children, with a focus on supporting the three year old program Teacher and Educators in your team.
  • Take ownership of educational leadership across the service, allocating dedicated time to support all age groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully registered Early Childhood Teacher with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of achievement.
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood qualification or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and supporting colleagues, with a focus on accountability and achieving stated outcomes.
  • An ability to connect with, and maintain, positive professional relationships with families, children and colleagues.
  • Professional English proficiency, and the ability to document professional conversations, critical reflections, as well as ECT documentation.
