We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will collaborate with a group of professionals to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to young children in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years;
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment;
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development;
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care;
- Proficient reading and writing skills;
- First aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training;
- Current Employee Working with Children Check;
- Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection training Certificate;
- An understanding of VEYLDF and EYLF.
- 12% Superannuation Guarantee in addition to hourly rate;
