This role is open to anyone willing to relocate on a 12-month basis or permanently and will require individuals with prior NSW Workers Compensation regulations knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the team on solutions to maximise the effectiveness of case management.
  • Provide technical support to the case managers where required.
  • Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPA targets as set out as part of the business unit performance framework.
  • In conjunction with the Team Leader, identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Strong technical experience in NSW workers' compensation claims.
  • Proven experience coaching & mentoring case managers in the workers compensation industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant NSW Workers compensation laws and the associated regulations.
  • You have previous experience working as a case manager or a technical specialist background.
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
