Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

As the Store Training & Development Lead, key responsibilities include undertaking and assisting with team member onboarding and induction, leading product training programs, and demonstrating high levels of customer service standards.

  • The successful applicant will collaborate with colleagues to deliver day-to-day store operations, fostering a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences.
  • They will work closely with the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.
