Finance Administration Support

UGL’s Shared Services division provides support for various administration and finance tasks across the business, allowing you to gain experience in a diverse scope of work.

We are looking for an administrator to join our team. This is a casual part-time position working any 3 days per week. Once established in the role, there is the option for flexible/hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase requisitions for designated projects
  • Process goods receipts for specified projects
  • Match invoices in the Vendor Management System
  • Process employee expenses and reimbursements
  • Assist in other areas of administration and finance as required
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with logistics, admin/finance teams, and vendors

About You:

  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • You’re a self-starter who can work independently
  • You’re a team player who likes to have a laugh
