Home Care Support Professional

We are seeking kind-hearted individuals to provide personalised support to our customers in the Northern suburbs of the Illawarra area.

The role involves assisting customers to maintain independence and quality of life while remaining in their own homes.

  • Personal Care / Showering
  • Medication Assistance
  • Cooking & Food Preparation
  • Transports to Appointments and social engagements
  • Providing Companionship

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Requirements
  • A Certificate III or IV in Ageing, or equivalent qualification
  • An accredited Medication Competency Certificate
  • At least 500 hours of professional Home Care/Aged care experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
