Job Title: Correctional Program Coordinator
\This role offers an opportunity to work in a correctional environment and contribute to the development of safer and more resilient communities.
\The ideal candidate will have experience working with offenders, ability to work under minimal supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and strong computer skills including Excel for data management. Expertise in program delivery and coordination within a correctional environment is highly desirable.
\In this position, you will support the delivery of programs and services at a correctional centre, liaising with prison staff, offender services, and contracted providers to ensure effective program delivery. You will also be responsible for monitoring referrals to adherence to the service delivery model.
\To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and desistance. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver programs that address underlying causes of offending behaviour and promote positive change.
