About the Role
This role is responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering programs in correctional facilities.
The team works closely with corrections staff, law enforcement and other agencies to address the underlying causes of offending behaviour. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision support to a team of professionals
- Develop and implement plans to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with corrections staff, law enforcement and other agencies to achieve shared goals
- Identify and address underlying causes of offending behaviour
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong communication skills
- A deep understanding of the justice system
- Experience working with diverse client groups
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
