As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals accessing services at The Orange Door.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will support senior colleagues in delivering client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.
  • Prioritise tasks to provide optimal service delivery to clients, demonstrating advanced interpersonal communication skills and sensitivity to diverse presentations of client needs.

This role requires a strong ability to work effectively and inclusively, exercising honesty and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship or valid work permit/visa.
  • Working with Children Check.
