Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil construction and subdivision development.
  • Experience related to the environmental, planning, and development assessment process.
  • High-level communication skills, including negotiation and consultation on complex development assessment matters.
