Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives, elevating our company's profile across multiple platforms. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and driving the overall marketing strategy, with expertise in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools. They will be responsible for managing digital channels, creating and overseeing content, coordinating public relations, and analysing campaign performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility
  • Manage digital channels, including website, social media, and digital communication platforms
  • Create and oversee content across all marketing touchpoints
  • Coordinate public relations and media opportunities
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on enquiry generation and key marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners
  • Drive high-quality client enquiries through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and strong brand positioning
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a marketing executive within the luxury property, commercial, or building supplier sectors
  • Proven capability to lead and drive the overall marketing strategy
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • A passion for architecture, interiors, and high-end residential living
