Medical Recruitment and Support Professional

As an Administration and Recruitment Specialist within the Medical Workforce Unit, you will be responsible for managing various functions related to the recruitment, on-boarding and administration support for junior medical staff.
You will oversee the recruitment process, ensure a seamless on-boarding experience, and provide administrative support to junior medical staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment of junior medical staff
- On-boarding and administration support for junior medical staff
To excel in this role, you must possess outstanding customer service skills, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive attitude to helping others. You should also be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Additionally, you should have a strong attention to detail, be able to manage time efficiently, and work effectively as part of a team. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
