Medical Workforce Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Workforce Recruitment Expert to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong recruitment expertise and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment support across various medical positions, ensuring seamless execution of appointments and providing exceptional service to both junior and senior medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual recruitment plans in consultation with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and processing appointments
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve recruitment and employment processes and systems
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (HR/ER preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, health/medical recruitment highly desirable
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
- High degree of attention to detail and professionalism
