About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at Corporate Services. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing innovative, person-centered services to customers with disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strength-based and person-centered services to customers with disability
  • Facilitate group sessions, training, coaching, and/or mentoring
  • Work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered plans
Requirements
  • Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS (Proficient level)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model of working from home and across the community
  • Experience in facilitating group sessions, training, coaching, and/or mentoring
  • A positive, contemporary attitude and a commitment to maximising quality of life for people with disability
