Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Design and implement data models, integrations, and workflows that enhance business processes and drive growth.
  • Develop custom applications, reports, and automated workflows that address complex business challenges.
  • Evaluate and ensure that Power Platform solutions adhere to best practices in governance, security, and performance.
  • Manage the testing, deployment, and maintenance of solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are scalable for future growth.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and support client engagements.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and updates to continually improve solution offerings.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in MS Power Platform.
  • A strong background in Microsoft technology and expertise in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing applications using Power Automate, Power App, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in collaborative teams in an agile manner in a commercial environment.
  • Experience working with testing methodologies, testing tools, and CI/CD.
  • Experience in Power Platform environment setup, configuration, and management.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in website/web application development using Power Pages or similar technology.
