Job Title: Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Applications Support team, you will be responsible for supporting our core business systems including Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 via Power Apps, including forms, workflows, reports, and security roles\
• Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI\
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments\
• Engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively across different levels of the business\
• Proactively seek ways to streamline systems and continuously improve processes\
• Develop and maintain complex Power Apps and Power Automate flows\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system improvements\
• Develop technical documentation and guides for applications and systems\
• Analyze and resolve complex application issues and provide recommendations for future improvements\
• Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform\
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics technologies and best practices\
• Identify and recommend process improvements and implement changes as required\
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely issue resolution\
• Design and develop custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate\
• Implement data models and integrate with various APIs\
• Develop workflows and automate business processes\
• Work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues\
• Test and validate new features and enhancements\
• Provide technical support and training to users and other stakeholders\
• Document and share knowledge with team members\
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications and systems\
• Assist in defining technical requirements and design specifications for projects\
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations\
