Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating care worker schedules, responding to service changes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of in-home support.


The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping customers live independently at home by matching care workers with customer needs. They will also be responsible for managing daily changes, leave, and service reassignments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate efficient rosters to match Care Workers with customer needs.
  • Provide timely, professional support to customers and care teams.
  • Work collaboratively with local teams to forecast staffing needs.
  • Manage third-party service bookings and onboarding of new providers.

Requirements
  • Scheduling or rostering experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills – professional, clear and empathetic.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.

About the Role

This position is based at our Dubbo branch and is for a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract.
