Job Title: Cafe Manager
The role of Cafe Manager at our company is a unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cafe operations, including daily service, rostering, purchasing, cleanliness, hygiene, and leading the team to strive for excellent customer service.
This is a fast-paced leadership role where you will lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve exceptional results.
We are looking for someone with previous hospitality experience, confidence in dealing with customers, and strong communication skills. They should also possess a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and have a natural ability to lead from example.
