About the Role:

The company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the operations and optimization of enterprise applications and data platforms. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage a high-performing technical team, oversee vendor relationships, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver platform strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing data and enterprise technology team
  • Manage lifecycle, risk profile, and operational health of core platforms and systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver the platform roadmap
  • Oversee vendors, support contracts, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years managing enterprise applications and data platforms
  • A strong background in cloud-based data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift)
  • Experience with ETL / ELT tools (Airflow, DBT)
  • Exposure to Salesforce or similar enterprise applications
  • Proven leadership experience in building and motivating technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capability
  • A strategic thinker with commercial acumen and delivery focus
