National Operations Manager Job Summary:
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Operations Manager to lead our nationwide precast concrete operations.
\Main Responsibilities:\- \
- Develop and implement effective production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation strategies across multiple facilities to drive business growth and efficiency.\
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards by implementing robust systems and procedures.\
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives.\
- Provide leadership and support to operations teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.\
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the precast division to stay ahead of industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management within manufacturing or construction, with strong experience in cost management and budget control. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is also required.
