National Operations Manager

ConsultANZ is seeking a National Operations Manager to join a leading Civil Precast Concrete company in New Zealand.
Main Duties:
- Lead and manage nationwide precast concrete operations to achieve business goals.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Implement cost management strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Provide leadership and support to operations teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the precast division.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Proven background in the Precast Concrete industry.
- Strong experience in operations management within manufacturing or construction.
- Demonstrated ability in cost management and budget control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required to support nationwide operations.
- Senior leadership opportunity with a leading precast concrete business.
- Competitive salary package. ($200K-230K, depends on skillset)
