Immerse yourself in our Graduate Communications Program

Start your career with a 12-month graduate program that includes three, four-month rotations within a dynamic organisation followed by a permanent full-time opportunity.

You will gain hands-on experience across key areas of the business, including media, internal communications, and social media. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams, managing significant projects while expanding your skills and challenging yourself.

Our structured learning and development program will support you through formal rotations, mentor programs, and various on-the-job activities.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a relevant discipline
  • Completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years
  • Creative flair and ability to manage multiple processes working with various stakeholders across the organisation
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
  • Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous

Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locations.

If successful, next steps will be the completion of several online assessments consisting of: an AI online chat interview, psychometric testing, and a video interview.

Following this, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face assessment day.
