Job Title: Technical SAP Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical SAP Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling and mentoring internal and external delivery teams, including quality assurance and continuous upskilling. You will also lead the maintenance of complex SAP landscapes by providing technical expertise and support.

In this role, you will resolve incidents and handle customer requests, acting as a trusted integration point between teams. Additionally, you will provide hands-on support on customer incidents/requests and collaborate with other teams/stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 10+ years of SAP technical administration with SAP Basis skills and knowledge/experience on setup, administration, and operations of SAP solutions.
  • Experience supporting Presales, Solution Proposals, Bid Management with Account teams.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor for customers, taking full ownership of overall SAP technical solution and seeking opportunities for TCO reduction to optimize ROI.
  • Strong experience leading Basis support transition within defined scope and schedule.
  • Willingness to operate from our secure facility on a shift basis.
