Role Overview

We seek a qualified naturopath with a strong educational focus to deliver business objectives and profit targets. This role reports to a state field manager and is tasked with reinforcing health expert position through effective education and training delivery to customers and internal teams across all levels.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality education and training to support customer business managers and pharmacy assistants/pharmacists. The successful candidate will drive product recommendation and brand advocacy via education and training, while also providing technical overviews of biochemistry, disease processes, pathology testing, case management, and other relevant concepts.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in Naturopathy, experience working in a retail and/or clinical environment as a practitioner, advanced public speaking and presentation skills, and experience delivering training both face-to-face and online. They will be confident in delivering training and willing to work some evenings and weekends as required.
