Exciting opportunity available for Multi Skilled Operators to join our Civil Operations team at Eungella Depot in Mackay. We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to fill permanent full-time positions.

We require candidates with experience in construction/maintenance of roads and drainage infrastructure, as well as plant operations and knowledge/experience in the construction and maintenance of roads and drainage.

  • Current General Construction Safety White Card
  • Current QLD Heavy Rigid Truck HR Class Licence
  • TMI Qualifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Sound experience in construction/maintenance of roads and drainage infrastructure
  • License/tickets to operate road construction plant and/or equipment – minimum of 2 from skid steer loader, roller, loader, backhoe, grader
Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of plant equipment including skid steers, rollers, loaders, backhoes, and graders. They will also be required to assist with construction/maintenance projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant operations and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
