
Chief Financial Specialist

This is a key position within our organization where you will be instrumental in driving growth and success.
- Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure timely completion of client work, prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals and companies, lead in the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for various companies and trusts, manage a diverse portfolio of clients, liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients, provide exceptional service to clients, participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events, offer support and training to junior team members.
- 2-3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice, Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar, experience using accounting software (MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks), excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, commitment to providing exceptional service to clients, proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach.
