We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Quality and Presentation: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results.
- Menu Development: Work with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and ensure that they are executed to perfection.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior kitchen role.
- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.
