Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our administration team as a Senior Office Manager in a permanent full-time position. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Calendar and diary management
    • Organizing international travel arrangements
    • Data entry and updating database records
    • Answering phones and responding to inquiries
    • Maintaining office supplies
  • Accounts Payable
    • Processing invoices and preparing payments
    • Collaborating with internal team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
  • Event Organization
    • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and room bookings
    • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and expenses

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or executive support
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
