Personal Care Assistant Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our consumers.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
">- Demonstrated ability to work professionally, both independently and within a team, to achieve consumer goals;
- Demonstrated commitment to provide professional Health Care Worker services that are person directed and safe, using a wellness and enablement approach;
- Maintain accurate, subjective and timely documentation;
- Professional interpersonal, oral, written communication skills, including information technology skills;
- Demonstrated ability to provide person-focused care to the consumer.
Key qualifications for this role include:
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A Certificate IV in ageing or individual support is highly regarded, along with a Victorian Drivers Licence. The ideal candidate will have experience working in aged care and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
