Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician

  • We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, providing quality service to customers across a dedicated territory and customer base.
  • The role involves servicing and repairing material handling equipment, ensuring efficient operation and extending the lifespan of our clients' assets.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed, including inventory input on company-allocated service vans and customer sites.

About the Role:

  • As a Field Service Technician, you will be based in the field, traveling between customer sites to provide routine maintenance and complete service work - reactive and planned.
  • Using industry-leading mobile technology, you will manage your daily work schedule effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role, including technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
