Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our procurement and warehouse operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with vendor engagement, contract management, and purchasing activities.

You will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

In addition, you will gain exposure to logistics, materials management, inventory control, and distribution planning in our warehouse operations.

Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth supply of materials and equipment across the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with vendor engagement and contract management
  • Support purchasing activities and compliance processes
  • Develop an understanding of sourcing strategies and supplier management
  • Gain exposure to logistics and materials management
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive attitude.

  • Recently completed tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
