Christmas Experience Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Christmas Experience Team Leader. As Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable moments for all of Santa's visitors.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and motivate a team of elves to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. You will manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow with ease, ensuring that every family has a magical time at the studio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
  • Daily Operations: Manage daily operations, including rostering and workflow.
  • Families and Atmosphere: Welcome families and maintain a joyful and merry atmosphere.
  • Energy and Positivity: Bring energy and positivity to the studio, even on the busiest days.
  • POS Operations: Oversee POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.
