Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Enterprise Architect to play a key role in shaping the enterprise architecture of our organization.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will lead the architecture workstream within our transformation program.
  • They will define and evolve our enterprise architecture to support scalability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Key responsibilities include leading architectural decisions that drive automation, optimization, and data integration.

  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps and future-state designs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in the design of complex, integrated solutions across platforms and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with our governance and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-domain solutions.
  • Strong technical foundation in software development, systems integration, and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, resilient, and adaptable approach to transformation delivery.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Eligibility for AGSVA Security Clearance (Negative Vetting Level 1).
