Onboarding Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our CFD trading platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain seamless onboarding experiences for clients.

  • Requirements gathering & analysis: You will work closely with product managers to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights that inform onboarding feature development.
  • Process mapping & documentation: Create detailed process maps and documentation to capture regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in onboarding journeys.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders, including Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
  • Data & insights: Analyze onboarding funnel metrics and identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases for the product backlog.
  • Maintain up-to-date Confluence documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a financial services or fintech company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
