We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Systems Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide operational and technical guidance and support for Remote and Autonomous Systems (RAS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating autonomous systems in support of mission outcomes. This includes conducting maintenance and operation of AUV equipment, adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and collaborating with project teams to plan and execute operations required by the scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) for offshore tasks.
  • Collaborating with project teams to plan and execute operations required by the scope of work.
  • Providing written advice relating to RAS & AI systems, data, and sensors.
  • Conducting maintenance and operation of AUV equipment, in accordance with policies and processes.
  • Communicating risks, challenges, and capabilities with a range of stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A detail-oriented and proactive individual with a technical or engineering background.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity in all interactions.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling client information.
  • An offshore / maritime background.
