We are seeking a Funeral Arranger to join our team at White Lady Funerals, part of InvoCare. As a leader in the funeral industry, we operate over 300 locations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

About the Role

As a Funeral Arranger, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on families during their time of need. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate funeral services, including arrangement of venues, catering, and other logistics.
  • Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, funeral homes, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of funeral services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on delivering exceptional results.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
