Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing cashiering activities of our customers in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) policy.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monitoring and surveillance of cashiering transactions by our clients in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Communicate with clients on monitoring and surveillance-related matters.
  • Review and provide suggestions to enhance existing surveillance systems/reports.
  • Manage projects to build and implement approved enhancements and changes required due to regulatory changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in market conduct, AML, and other related regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with APAC and international developments in relevant areas of regulations and law.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AML/CTF rules.
  • Experience in dealing with exchange and regulatory enquiries.
  • Good communication and client service skills.
  • Solid academic background with relevant qualifications.
  • Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning would be advantageous.
