Warehouse Implementation Manager Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our warehouse operations.

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project scope and develop implementation plans.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the warehouse environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed to maintain peak performance and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical team and warehouse staff, addressing operational challenges and optimizing workflows for improved productivity and results.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, with a focus on retail or FMCG industries.
  • Strong background in project management, with a track record of successful system implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems, with experience in configuration and customization.
