- Conduct preliminary studies, create a basis of Design and specification documents, and progress designs from concept to detailed phases.

- Contribute to business development by engaging with clients, preparing capability statements, and marketing materials, highlighting your expertise and the value you bring to the team.
- Review engineering outputs, both internal and external as required, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Proficient technical and practical skills in structural or civil engineering, with a strong understanding of industry guidelines, codes, and specifications.
- A track record of achieving financial and business targets, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Strong client liaison and development skills, with the ability to direct and advise on technical matters, mentor project teams effectively, and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience hosting meetings and workshops, and effective self-management skills, including leading small teams.
- Confident and capable as both a team leader and team player, with a personable demeanor conducive to effective collaboration and a strong organizational ability.
- Independent thinker with a strong ability to identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the company's success.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent), with excellent proficiency in English language.
- Experience in digital engineering or coding, with a strong understanding of industry trends and technologies.
- 5 to 10 years' consulting experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in writing proposals and managing small to medium projects, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
