Key Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Officer who can work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance on the application of appropriate governance, risk and issue management practices across multiple large ICT projects. Their analytical and communication skills and attention to detail will enable them to effectively liaise with stakeholders regarding project delivery frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice, review, and challenge program directors and project managers on risk and issue management.
  • Ensure consistent project risk processes are implemented and risks are accurately reported to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to undertake risk profiling and identification for programs and projects.
  • Review risk and issue registers to validate that risks are appropriately described, rated, and mitigated.

  • Undertake data analysis and develop reports relating to the overall risk profile for executive stakeholders.
Requirements

The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing regular reports to key governing bodies and supporting executive stakeholders to understand collective risks and trends.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Proven track record working in similar roles or government/health sectors.
  • Knowledge of program/project governance structures and frameworks.
  • Sound risk management knowledge and expertise.
