About the Role

This is a new and exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership to the Residential Development Division in Victoria. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the National Director and other State Directors to implement and deliver the regional strategy.

Your primary objective will be to manage Valuation operations within the Residential Development division, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations. You will build and lead a high-performing team, fostering positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

By leveraging Opteon's strong reputation and exceptional team of valuers, you will continuously improve and innovate our Residential Development service to further expand our market share.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in Residential Development valuations. You will need:

  • A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
  • Solid experience in Residential Development valuations
  • The ability to build and lead a high-performing team
  • Business development skills, with experience on panels highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
