Empowering Educators to Make a Difference

We are seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher who can help shape the educational experiences of students who need it most.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective learning programs that meet the diverse needs of our students and the Victorian Curriculum requirements.

This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance program quality and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs that address the complex needs of individual students, particularly those with learning challenges and behavioural difficulties
  • Implement innovative initiatives for student learning, guided by the Victorian Curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver highly effective learning programs
  • Assess and adjust programs to meet the diverse needs of students

Required Qualifications:
  • A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent, along with eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
  • Proven experience in implementing high-aspiration initiatives for student learning, guided by the Victorian Curriculum
  • Expertise in designing, delivering, and assessing programs that address the diverse and complex needs of individual students
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to enhance program quality and improve student outcomes
