Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and weld metal products to exact specifications
  • Prepare metal from stock by selecting, cleaning, and cutting marked-out sections using hand tools and machines
  • Join metal sections using various welding techniques and bolting methods
  • Examine welds for width, penetration, and precision
  • Clean and smooth welds by filing, chiseling, and grinding
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in TIG and MIG welding in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of stainless steel and aluminum welding is an advantage
  • Welding certification or relevant experience
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Motivated, reliable, and takes pride in workmanship
  • Strong safety-focused work ethic
  • Boilermaking experience is an advantage
