We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Cafe Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and serving, adhering to high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Maintain a well-organized workspace, prioritizing efficiency and productivity
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, drive customer satisfaction, and promote a positive work environment
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A valid work authorization for Australia
- Able to commute to Black Rock, VIC 3193 on a regular basis
