We are seeking an experienced Experience Designer to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.

As a key member of our dynamic and supportive team, you will be responsible for creating better futures together. Your expertise will enable us to identify customer-aligned opportunities and conceptualize solutions for delivery.

  • Mentor junior team members by sharing your knowledge and design skills to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Contribute actively in workshops and co-design sessions to support ideation and define future directions.
  • Develop storytelling abilities to communicate design rationale during problem-solving and cross-functional refinement.
  • Make discreet design decisions while sharing work for feedback and ensuring consistent quality outcomes.
  • Work with research and data teams to inform research briefs and gain actionable insights using various methodologies.
  • Assist senior designers with research recruitment, testing sessions, and analysis.
  • Inform design workflows and process enhancements to create design deliverables and documentation.
  • Engage and share knowledge within the design community.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3-5 years' experience in digital product design field.
  • Experience working within cross-functional squads.
