Junior Solution Designer Role

We are on a journey to digitise our solutions and increase Straight Through Processing in the Post Trade domain for Commodity and Global Markets Business.


As a Junior Solution Designer, you will have the opportunity to influence the design and outcomes of various innovative and strategic solutions by collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams. You will do this by conducting and presenting data-analysis to support design decisions, factoring in best practice design principles (User Experience/User Interface, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture), and taking ownership of the design process to ensure that solutions meet business needs.

  • Business or Technology Business Analyst experience is required.
  • A learning mindset with excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Motivation to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills with some stakeholder management experience are necessary.
  • The capability to understand complexity and present key elements is vital.
  • Experience in data analysis, strong Excel skills and exposure to SQL are required.
  • Exposure to delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile is beneficial.
