We seek an expert in domestic transport to leverage their knowledge and contribute to the development of our industry-leading software. This role offers opportunities to rotate through various product teams, gaining a holistic understanding of our products and the logistics industry.

Our Product Specialists are problem solvers and subject matter experts who work closely with customers to understand their challenges, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineers to provide effective solutions. They bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.

The Responsibilities
  • Investigate and provide solutions to complex issues in transportation management systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer service as 2nd/3rd line support, utilizing strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Develop requirements for new features and functionality, incorporating technical knowledge and expertise
  • Assess existing functionality and recommend areas for improvement, identifying inefficiencies and optimal business practices
  • Document supporting content and release notes, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Analyze and document processes, streamlining operations and improving efficiency
  • Identify and evaluate inefficiencies, recommending optimal business practice and system functionality/behavior
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner, providing prompt solutions to customers
  • Conduct product development review (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features, ensuring quality and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with customers and development teams throughout the lifecycle of new features
About You

You are a clear communicator and attentive listener, adept at finding the root cause behind complex problems. You thrive in challenging situations and appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. Your ability to look beyond the surface of an issue is invaluable.

Your Knowledge and Understanding
  • Extensive experience in domestic transport or related logistics/supply chain areas coupled with technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to demonstrate self-driven learning and self-development
  • Software product background is advantageous

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
