Production Officer Role

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficient logistics coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
  • Allocating and assigning loads to drivers as well as coordination of Trucks arriving & departing site
  • Stock management and coordination of deliveries
  • Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
  • Yard maintenance
  • Front-end loader operation and manual handling of bagged products
  • Forklift operations

You will be expected to work under pressure and have effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture
  • Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and results focused
  • Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
  • Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
  • Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader and/or forklift competency an advantage
