Technology Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Assurance Manager to join our team at Ethos BeathChapman. As a key member of our 2nd Line Risk Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective design and operation of controls to meet Prudential obligations to APRA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive prudential assurance reviews to assess the effectiveness of technology-based controls and identify key risk insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all divisions and lines of business to ensure seamless communication and engagement.
- Conduct thorough reviews and testing of controls to ensure design and operating effectiveness, and assess whether prudential risks are appropriately managed.
- Identify and implement ongoing enhancements to the Prudential Assurance methodology, framework, and stakeholder engagement and annual review process.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT Audit or Technology Risk, with a strong understanding of Prudential obligations and requirements.
- Experience working in the Financial Services sector is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
