Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager - Technology to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality assurance over our risk management and internal control systems related to Technology risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement the Internal Audit Plan: Contribute to the development of the Internal Audit Plan aligned to business risks and strategic goals, and implement the plan by delivering high-quality audits.
- Provide Assurance and Advisory Services: Provide assurance and advisory services to business units on governance and control improvements, and identify improvement opportunities across the business.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Maintain effective relationships with business units, second-line functions, and external parties such as the Internal Audit Co-source Partner and External Auditors.
- Drive Business Improvements: Drive business improvements to support achievement of TPG Telecom's strategic objectives, and contribute to the improvement of the delivery and performance of systems, processes, and services within the Internal Audit function.
- Experience: 5+ years in Internal Audit, External Audit, Technology Security, Technology Governance, or related fields.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and technical experience in delivering Technology-related assurance, including Cyber Security, Information Security, IT General Controls, Project Assurance, Digital Transformation, Technology resilience, and disaster recovery.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Technology Risk Frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, and relevant industry codes.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, collaborative, resilient, and agile working style, with effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
